Prices are for accommodation only so you can relax and have a lie in (check-out at 11am). If you're feeling peckish we are very close to a number of great independent cafes and food stores.

No 38PZ is on a quiet Victorian road whilst being really close in the centre of Penzance. We sit adjacent to the sub tropical Morrab gardens and a stone’s throw from the promenade, the iconic Jubilee Pool is a 5 minute walk from our front door. This is a perfect base for touring West Penwith with Mousehole and St Michael’s Mount just 3 miles away; both locations are accessible by foot or with public transport nearby.

Do feel free to get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.

“Relaxing and enjoyable. we WILL be back! We were heading to the Isles of Scilly, so the location was perfect being just a short walk from the quay. we had an early start that wasn't an issue and the room was spotless with a nice en-suite.”

Martin - UK

“Absolute recommendation :). It was everything I expected and more :) The house is charming and beautifully decorated to detail. Everything matches, is coherent and makes for a great atmosphere. And especially the art arranged throughout the house was very pleasing to me. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The use of plastic is reduced to the bare minimum. There are snacks and drinks provided (fresh fruit, biscuits, fresh milk, a great selection of teas, coffee...) The hosts John and Shauna are outstandingly friendly and helpful and so I felt very welcome and safe.”

Room 5

Room 5 is on the 2nd floor at the back of the house. It is cosy, quiet and contains everything you need as a place to freshen up and get a great nights sleep.

“Contemporary and classy! Loved this little hotel. The decor is stunning, the entire place was spotlessly clean and the beds were as comfy as my own at home. There are hardly any single use plastics and everything is fair trade which is fabulous! Perfect location to explore penzance and have a stroll along the seafront.”

Room 6

Room 6 is on the 2nd floor at the back of the house. It has an en-suite which although quite small probably has the most powerful shower in the building.

“Wow! Everything about this guest house was perfect. The cleanest and most beautiful guest house I've ever stayed in. The kind you expect in a fancy magazine. Beautiful finishing touches and the host is just so lovely. I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

Sasha - New Zealand

Room 7

Room 7 is at the very top of the house it is well worth the 35 steps it takes to get there. Cocooned from the rest of the building you probably won't hear us, or any other guests for that matter. It has a small window to the front of the building and two skylights (front and back).

“5 stars is not enough. This place is exceptional!💥 One of the best we've ever visited as frequent travellers. We were so sad that we couldn't extend our stay of 1 night. Anyway - owners really care about their guests in any detail you could even imagine. Place's beautifully designed, eco, what can I say more? I'd love to come back for longer next time❣”
