Positioned on the first floor at the front of the house. Its large bay window overlooks Morrab Road and the entrance to the sub-tropical Morrab Gardens. Remember to close the blackout curtains at night though as the light streams into the room when the sun rises. The en-suite shower room is on the small side but if you just need to freshen up after a long day on the beautiful beaches of Cornwall then it certainly does the job. Like all our rooms there is a very comfortable Emma mattress on the bed which has received overwhelming praise from all those that have tried it.

“My partner booked our stay here for my birthday. The decor is to die for!! It’s a truly stunning place, quirky but also simplistic. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. As massive tea drinkers we were happy to see lots of tea sugar and milk readily available. All the little touches made this place amazing and we definitely will be coming back. To top it off, on our final morning we got engaged here!!! A massive thanks to Shauna for helping my FIANCÉE and my sister in making this happen. Forever grateful. Thanks so much.”
